business divisions

We are a leading sustainable production company in South America, with operations in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, where we produce food, renewable energy and fertilizers.
Sugar, Ethanol & Energy

We grow sugarcane which we then process in our own mills to produce sugar, ethanol and energy. Our operations are located in the Brazilian states of Mato Grosso do Sul and Minas Gerais where we manage a sugarcane plantation of over 200,000 hectares, and have a total crushing capacity of 14.2 million tons of sugarcane distributed among three mills.

Fertilizers

We are the largest producer of urea in South America, one of the most widely used nitrogen fertilizer worldwide. We operate a nitrogen-based fertilizer plant in Bahia Blanca, Province of Buenos Aires, where, through the combination of natural gas, water and nitrogen, we produce ammonia, which is later converted into urea. This nitrogen fertilizer is extensively used for the production of various crops, including corn, wheat and barley.

Food & Agriculture

We produce grains, different rice varieties, and dairy products across the most productive regions of Argentina and Uruguay, combining regenerative agriculture, efficient irrigation technologies, and full traceability to maximize yields and quality. Through our vertical integration, we own several industrial facilities—including 6 rice mills, 1 rice snacks plant, 2 dairy processing plants, 1 peanut processing plant and 1 sunflower processing plant —in which we transform raw materials into value-added food products for both domestic and export markets, enabling efficiency across the value chain and delivering reliable, high-quality food to clients and consumers.
