Adecoagro Completes Acquisition of Caarapó Mill and Integrates It Into Its Cluster in Mato Grosso do Sul

Today, we begin operating and integrating Caarapó Mill into our Sugar, Ethanol & Energy Cluster in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, marking a new milestone in Adecoagro’s journey.

Caarapó acts as a natural extension of our integrated platform, strengthening our footprint in a region where we have built a very competitive production model. We see tremendous potential in this asset.

While Caarapó crushed 3.5 million tons of sugarcane during the 2025/26 harvest season, we believe that by implementing Adecoagro’s operational model and proven know-how we can unlock meaningful efficiency gains and steadily increase crushing volumes to over 6 million tons.

This acquisition strengthens our competitive position and creates a clear path to long-term value creation.
